## What Is Nassella?
Nassella is an open-source (AGPL) platform designed to give you complete ownership over your digital life without the technical complexity usually associated with server management. It serves as an independent "control plane" that allows you to deploy, manage, and scale your favorite cloud applications on your own hardware or virtual private servers (VPS).
Essentially, Nassella bridges the gap between the ease of use found in big-tech cloud services and the privacy and freedom of self-hosting.
