Will this cause users to be locked out? I think this can be avoided if we have some way to "reset" the admin user's username/password when deploying an instance

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
